I love Cuban food and recently I have been dreaming of taking a weekend trip down to Miami just so I can eat! Unfortunately we’ll have to wait a few months before we can go anywhere.
The Midwest has good food but if you want amazing Cuban food you are going to have to go to Miami (I have tried practically every Cuban restaurant in the city so I can say this freely). I made Lechon yesterday and we still have a little left over which I am going to use to make Cuban Grilled Cheese, I found the recipe on Pinterest (Pinterest you never disappoint):
